September

Just cannot believe it is September.............
this year has gone so fast and I hope I can be ready for Christmas THIS year.
I should start NOW. Life for us seems plain old boring compared to other blogs.
So be prepared to be put to sleep......ho hum....
It just seems like all I do is work and do Primary stuff.
The 1st Sunday is my Sharing Time and it seems to come around so fast.
I actually love Primary but when I first got called I was horrified but that was 3 years ago now.
It is a whole new set of challenges and then some. We have about 120 kids on the rolls. About 100 come every week and we have to have the chapel for opening exercises as we don't fit anywhere else and we have 3 wards meet in our chapel. And then we split for Jnr and Snr Sharing time. We have been told we will be getting split again in the next 2 months or so and I am kind of sad about that as we have some lovely children and fantastic teachers.
Well I need to go work on the Sacrament program YAY..........till next time.

Easter 2008.



Saturday was the traditional trip to Toowoomba and all the kids actually were there.

It was great to see 4 generations together.

The compulsory Easter egg hunt was very exciting for all ages.

Even the weather turned on a really nice day. So much so that some of the chocolate eggs had melted by the time they were found. Nina and Hugh and Katie did the hiding of eggs and I think they had as much fun hiding them as the kids had in finding them.

We celebrated Kaleb's 6th birthday (20 March) and also had a cake for Melika's 1st (25th).

It was lovely to spend time with Grandma Cameron and her be with the great grandchildren.
